About Beth Taska…

Beth (Elizabeth) Taska has spent decades working with leaders, organizations, and individuals at the intersection of leadership, human potential, and personal growth.

Her career has included senior executive leadership roles at major organizations including Sears, Gap, Clearwire, and 24 Hour Fitness. As Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President of Human Potential at 24 Hour Fitness, Beth helped shape leadership and organizational culture across a large, complex organization.

Beth has coached leaders for decades, supporting individuals responsible for building companies, leading teams, and making high-stakes decisions. She has presented at conferences, consulted for organizations, and written extensively about leadership as a way of being.

Her broader service includes work as a hospice volunteer, Chairperson of the Board of the San Francisco Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, Certified Mediator with the Chicago Bar Association, and Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador.

Across these roles, Beth’s work has been grounded in a consistent belief: leadership begins with ourselves. Her work with executives, founders, and organizations has focused on self-awareness, relationships, organizational culture, leadership development, and helping people more fully realize their potential.
